"GOLDEN EAGLE"

What a beautiful and sunny day after the snow blizzard. Not so bitterly cold, but just right. It's supposed to be in the high 50's and the snow is melting away fast. And by the way, I didn't see any cows last night during the second and smaller storm.

I want to share a great news. I got an email from Jeani, owner of Artery on Main Gallery in Ulysses, KS, saying that one of my paintings was voted "People's Choice" award. Here's her excerpt from the email:

"CONGRATULATIONS! to Doug West. His "Golden Eagle" was voted as People's Choice for the last show.", said Jeani.

What a honor! I want to thank you all for the votes. Unfortunately, at the moment I do not have an image of the painting. As soon as I get it, I'll post it online. Or if you have a chance, go visit Ulysses and stop by Artery on Main Gallery. It's a neat gallery.
